Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) intends to develop existing and new facilities in the Persian Gulf from a number of offshore oil production areas including Resalat Field.
Resalat field is located in the Persian Gulf, some 80 kilometers to the South of Lavan Island, in water depth of 65 meters and it consists of one (1) Drilling Platform, one (1) Production Platform, one (1) Service Platform and a Flare Tripod in the field.
Well fluids from Resalat (R1) field following preliminary processing on Resalat production platform will be exported to Lavan Island via the existing 18” sub sea pipeline through another offshore complex namely Reshadat (R7). Export crude oil from Resalat (R1) will be gathered with Reshadat (R7) export crude oil on that complex (R7) and then transferred to Lavan Island.
The field was originally developed to put on production in 1968 but it was damaged during the Iran/Iraq war.
IOOC intends to carry out Pre-FEED/FEED engineering of the Resalat Offshore Complex renovation works. Pre-FEED/FEED studies shall be performed to design facilities for production of 100,000 stock barrel per day of crude oil in two trains of 50,000 SBOPD (net crude) each (one train in service and one train as stand-by) and a test separator with 15,000 barrel of crude oil per day capacity in another train. In addition to these production facilities, CONSULTANT shall design the Water Injection system to inject 105,000 BPD of seawater after adequate treatment.
The Resalat Offshore Project comprises the following:
Endorsement of COMPANY preliminary findings on Resalat Complex renovation work.
Marine survey and soil investigation
Inspection, analysis, testing and revalidation works of existing Complex and relevant sub sea pipelines and risers
Develop concept and basic engineering package of the Resalat field complex taking into consideration future development
Prepare MTO (Bill of Material) for all descriptions
Perform economical studies, estimation and financial analysis
A new drilling platform and associated pipeline(s) shall also be considered in the development of the Complex conceptual design
Develop work scope of Engineering, Procurement & Construction package for tender document
Develop data sheets, calculation notes, engineering reports, specifications, procedures and etc.
Contractual Parties are:
